DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The purchased good, together with the receipt or invoice (upon explicit request of the customer who is required to provide his/her tax data), is delivered by courier/post to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order. Any specific needs must be presented by the customer to AnnaGiMilano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta.
AnnaGiMilano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta guarantees the shipment of the goods within 7 working days. For each order, AnnaGiMilano will contact the customer to evaluate and communicate the expected delivery date, considering the size of the order itself. For urgent orders, the customer is required to contact the company to communicate their needs and agree on delivery times.

In the event of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence, at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is absent at the second passage, the courier will place the goods in storage at its warehouse, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the courier directly to agree on the new delivery methods and any costs of the storage itself.
