RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods (Except for special cases, explained in "Special cases").
The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the site www.annagimilano.com.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication to the address of AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The communication of withdrawal may also be sent, within the same term, by telegram or email, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the communication must be made to the following address:

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return them to AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The item must be returned to AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta complete with all accessories and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in its original packaging. A copy of the electronic receipt of the order must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the item to AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta are the responsibility of the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer.
In particular, AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta will proceed free of charge to transmit the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer. This operation will be carried out through the credit institution issuing the credit card used for payment or by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer or by crediting the sum to other payment methods.

SPECIAL CASES : Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The Consumer Code, in art. 59, provides that there are some cases of remote purchases for which the right of withdrawal is completely excluded.

In the categorization indicated by the law we find, by way of example:

the supply of customized or tailor-made goods;
the supply of perishable goods;
contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the professional for the purpose of carrying out repair or maintenance work.
In such cases, which are imperative, expressly codified and not susceptible to analogical expansion or modification by the professional or the parties, the merchant has the right to refuse the return of the product and deny the refund of the price paid only if, in a timely manner pursuant to art. 49, he has indicated in the general conditions for which products the option referred to in art. 54 is excluded.
AnnaGiCreations di Giachino Anna Elisabetta has the right to reject any product returned using methods other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been paid in full by the customer, or the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta reserves the right to declare this contract terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the civil code by sending a written communication to the customer's email address.

COMPLAINTS
For any complaint or clarification, the customer must contact the number 3318704548 or the email address info@annagimilano.com. The customer will be contacted for clarification within 3 (three) working days from the request.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by the buyer under this warranty or any additional legal warranties will be the Court of Milan. In the event of AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta winning any legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta for the costs, including attorneys' fees and court costs, incurred by AnnaGi Milano di Giachino Anna Elisabetta for its defense.

POSTPONEMENT
For anything not expressly provided for in this contract, the provisions of current Italian law shall apply.
